Soldes by Paris: Paris, shopping capital celebrates its winter sales

In January 2009, on the occasion of the official launch of the Paris sales – and at the initiative of the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the Paris Delegation), the City of Paris and the Maison de la France – Paris is once again presenting Soldes by Paris.
