They know the history of each neighbourhood, the out-of-the-way and surprising spots, local anecdotes, streets and residents that make up the essence of the city. Free bicycle tours on an authorised itinerary through Paris, escorted by volunteers, at a pace that will suit all, from 7 to 77 years. Booking not required. Departure at 10pm from the Hôtel de Ville esplanade, return at 0.30am. Metro : Hôtel de Ville Also on the 3rd Sunday of every month from 10.30am to 1.30pm.
